Cenora Manufacturing

Early access

See your production. Run it better.

Software-based production management for factories and production units. Plan work, record output by shift, track quality and downtime, and see where production stands.

Cenora Manufacturing works with data recorded by your team or imported from existing systems. It does not read machine signals automatically; machine or PLC integration can be evaluated as a separate project.

The problem

Production runs on paper, memory and end-of-day reports.

When plans live in spreadsheets and output is written on job sheets, managers find out about problems after the shift — when it is too late to recover the day.

  1. 01Plans change, sheets don'tThe production plan is revised daily, but the floor works from yesterday's printout.
  2. 02Output reported too lateShift numbers reach management the next morning, compiled by hand.
  3. 03Quality and downtime go unrecordedRejections and stoppages are discussed, not logged — so patterns stay invisible.
  4. 04Material usage doesn't reconcileConsumption on the floor and stock in the store never quite match.

The solution

A structured digital record of every shift.

Cenora Manufacturing gives planners, supervisors and management one shared view of production. Plans become work orders and job cards; supervisors record output, rejections and downtime against them; dashboards show target versus actual as the day progresses.

It is software-based production management: simple data entry on the floor, structured records in the system, and reports that no one has to compile.

  • Plan → work order → job card
  • Shift-wise target vs actual
  • Reason-coded rejections and downtime
  • Works alongside Cenora Inventory

  7. Analytics

Review attainment, rejection and downtime trends.

Outcomes

What changes for your team.

Problems surface during the shift

Target versus actual is visible while there is still time to act.

Consistent records

Every rejection and stoppage is recorded the same way, with a reason.

Decisions based on data

Trends by line, shift and reason show where to focus improvement.

FAQ

Common questions.

Something else? Ask the Cenora team

Does Cenora Manufacturing automatically detect machine downtime?

No. Supervisors or operators record downtime with duration and reason codes, and Cenora analyses it. If you need automatic machine data, we can assess hardware or PLC integration as a separate project.

What does “Early access” mean?

Cenora Manufacturing is being rolled out with a limited number of businesses. Early access customers work directly with the Cenora team, and modules are configured and refined around their production process.

Can supervisors enter data from the shop floor?

Cenora runs in the browser, so data can be entered from a desktop, tablet or phone. Screens for floor entry are kept short and focused.

Do we have to adopt every module at once?

No. Most factories start with planning, work orders and shift reporting, then add quality, downtime, material and maintenance records.

Can it connect with raw material inventory?

Yes. Cenora Manufacturing is designed to work alongside Cenora Inventory, so material issued to production is reflected in stock.
