The problem

Still managing inventory through Excel, WhatsApp and multiple systems?

Most distribution businesses grow faster than their tools. Stock lives in one sheet, prices in another, orders arrive on WhatsApp, and the real picture exists only in a few people's heads.

Fragmented workflow

ExcelStock sheets out of date by lunchtime
WhatsAppOrders and price confirmations lost in chats
PhoneAvailability checks that depend on one person
RegistersPurchase and dispatch records on paper
Cenora

One centralized system.

  • Live stock across every location
  • Quotations, orders and invoices linked
  • Outstanding visible per customer
  • Reports without manual compilation

Stock you can't trust

Physical stock and the spreadsheet disagree, so every quote starts with a phone call to the warehouse.

Slow quotations

Prices, availability and customer terms are looked up by hand across files and messages.

Outstanding that slips

Who owes what, and since when, is reconstructed at month end instead of tracked daily.

The solution

One centralized system for stock, purchase and sale.

Cenora Inventory brings your items, stock, suppliers, customers and transactions into one system. Every quotation, order, purchase and invoice updates the same records, so the numbers your team sees are the numbers in the warehouse.

It is built for businesses that handle large, detailed catalogues — part numbers, packages, manufacturers and multiple suppliers for the same item.

  • Built for large SKU catalogues

What does “Available · Pilot” mean for Cenora Inventory?

Cenora Inventory is available to new businesses through a guided pilot. We configure it with your data and workflows and work closely with your team during rollout, then refine it based on how you use it.

Can it handle thousands of part numbers?

Yes. Cenora Inventory is designed for large catalogues where items have part numbers, manufacturers, packages and multiple suppliers, with search built for that kind of data.

Can we import our existing Excel data?

Yes. Item masters, customers, suppliers and opening stock can be imported from spreadsheets during onboarding. We help clean and map the data.

Does it support GST invoicing?

Yes. Tax invoices are generated from orders with GST and HSN details. If you need specific invoice formats, they are configured during setup.

Does it work with our accounting software?

This depends on the software you use. We review your accounting setup during scoping and agree on exports or integration where it is practical.

Is the B2B catalogue included?

The B2B catalogue is an optional module. Its scope — product visibility, pricing and ordering — is agreed separately for each business.
