Manufacturing & Production

Software for factories that need visibility.

For factories, workshops and production units that need clear plans, accurate shift reports and a structured record of quality and downtime.

Production data is recorded by your team or imported from existing systems. Automatic machine monitoring is not part of the standard product.

The problem

Common problems on the production floor.

Most factories have the data they need — it's just written on paper, kept in spreadsheets, or reported a day late.

  1. 01Plans that don't reach the floorThe plan changes, but supervisors work from an old printout.
  2. 02Late shift reportsOutput and issues are compiled by hand after the shift ends.
  3. 03Unrecorded rejections and downtimeWithout consistent records, recurring problems stay hidden.
  4. 04Material mismatchesMaterial issued, consumed and in stock don't reconcile.

The solution

Cenora Manufacturing for structured production.

Cenora Manufacturing turns plans into work orders and job cards, and gives supervisors a simple way to record output, quality and downtime each shift.

Combined with Cenora Inventory, material issue and consumption can be tracked against stock.

  • Plans, work orders and job cards
  • Shift-wise reporting
  • Quality and downtime records
  • Material consumption

FAQ

Common questions.

Something else? Ask the Cenora team

Does Cenora Manufacturing automatically detect machine downtime?

No. Supervisors or operators record downtime with duration and reason codes, and Cenora analyses it. If you need automatic machine data, we can assess hardware or PLC integration as a separate project.

What does “Early access” mean?

Cenora Manufacturing is being rolled out with a limited number of businesses. Early access customers work directly with the Cenora team, and modules are configured and refined around their production process.

Do we have to adopt every module at once?

No. Most factories start with planning, work orders and shift reporting, then add quality, downtime, material and maintenance records.
